Giving Back

Being a small business, we have the option to share some of our success to help those in need.

I have always believed it is better to give than to receive.  So in the spirit of giving, we have chosen the six charities below to donate a portion of our earnings every two months.  With every purchase you make - you are helping us help others.

Alex's Lemonade Stand
(Jan - Feb)

Our mission is to change the lives of children with cancer through funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families, and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) started with one lemonade stand, hosted by our founder Alexandra “Alex” Scott in her front yard which raised $2,000. Alex was just 4 years old and battling neuroblastoma when she asked to give the money so doctors can find cures for all children battling cancer.

Today, ALSF is one of the leading funders of pediatric cancer research in the U.S. and Canada raising more than $250 million so far, funding over 1,000 research projects and providing programs to families affected by childhood cancer.

Operation Underground Railroad  (Mar - Apr)

Operation Underground Railroad exists to rescue children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation.

O.U.R. MISSION:  To shine a light worldwide on the global epidemic of child sex trafficking, and in so doing - rescue more children from slavery and assist law enforcement to seek justice for those who violate children.

While our focus remains on children, we assist survivors of all ages to bring them safety and healing. We place survivors on a path to recovery by partnering with vetted aftercare providers or by placing them with families.

HALO Animal Rescue
(May - Jun)

HALO is an acronym that stands for Helping Animals Live On.  It is a passion that goes beyond just loving dogs and cats.  It is a driving force in our lives; to make this community, this world, a safe place for homeless pets.

HALO Animal Rescue is a safety net for thousands of homeless dogs and cats each year.  We are a no-kill facility, which means we never euthanize an animal because we have run out of room.  These animals are lovingly cared for while they are prepared for adoption, and then they are adopted into loving homes.

Our commitment goes beyond just caring for the animals within our shelter, we are working to create a better welfare system for all the animals in this community and beyond.  We are committed to seeing an end to the killing of savable pets.

Puppy Luv Animal Rescue (Jul - Aug)

We are a no-kill rescue located in Phoenix, Az.   We are frequently called to pick up as many puppies as we can from a HIGH kill shelter on the Navajo Nation, and with the aid of our many foster families, we are able to do so.

Most of our available animals are in private foster homes, they are adopted through a unique one on one "play-time" at their foster home. This allows a more personalized experience with your family and potential new best friend.

Our foster parents are able to really tell you about the animals personality, to ensure the best possible fit for you and/or your family and increase the likelihood that the pet is going to a “furever home”.

American Cancer Society (Sep - Oct)

At the American Cancer Society, we're on a mission to free the world from cancer.

Until we do, we'll be funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about prevention.

All so you can live longer — and better.

K9s for Warriors
(Nov - Dec)

Roughly 20 veterans die by suicide each day, and K9s For Warriors is committed to changing that. We are the nation’s largest provider of SERVICE DOGS for VETERANS.

We rescue dogs from high-kill shelters to be trained as Service Dogs for veterans suffering from PTSD and other service related trauma. Our program is scientifically proven to reduce suicidal ideation. In the process, K9s For Warriors doesn’t just save ONE life, but TWO.
