Prices:

The cost of the items in my shop reflect the materials, time, talent, experience, education, tools, etc. that are needed to create them. Those variables are very carefully considered in my pricing module. I truly thank you and respect your trust in spending your money on my creations and I assure you that your item is created with extreme care and attention to detail. Please note that prices (including sales) are subject to change at any time.

Inventory / Special Orders:

Each item is handcrafted. Some items are pre-made and I have multiples in stock and others are one-of-a-kind. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please reach out and contact me and I will work with you to make a special item to fit your vision or request. Special orders are always welcomed.

Processing Time:

Processing time will vary depending on the item ordered. For 'in-stock' items, please allow up to 2 business days to ship. Others may need to be created after order is received. Please allow 3-5 days to make those items. Special orders/requests may take longer in order to find the specific embellishments needed to finish the piece.

Shipping:

Your shipping terms/options are stated and/or chosen in the listing of each item ordered. Items are sent with a tracking number. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the date sent and tracking number enclosed. With the craziness of the world right now shipping or mailing items at this time can take a while. Please have a little extra patience when waiting for your package. Currently, orders can only be delivered to locations within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

If you are purchasing a "time sensitive" item (for a gift, holiday, occasion, etc.) please be aware that ordering well in advance is always best practice. If you need an item 'rushed', please contact us and we will do our best to get the item to you, but there will be extra charges to do so. We will try our best to accommodate you, however, there are some variables that are out of our control that might delay your items' arrival.

Cancellations:

Order cancellations are accepted/allowed within 5 hours of your purchase. After that time, I may have already started making / packing / shipping your order.

Returns / Refunds:

Part of the uniqueness and charm of a handmade item are minor flaws and imperfections and those can be expected. These products are made (in part or whole) by human hands and not by machine. However, if you feel a full or partial refund should be considered due to quality - one may be requested. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We must receive the item back within 10 days of delivery. You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be in it's original condition with original packaging and invoice. Refunds are issued once we have received the returned item and it is in good condition. We cannot issue refunds for the following: custom or personalized items, items purchased 'on-sale', buyer's remorse, or items damaged once opened or used.

Damaged Items:

We package our items for delivery with care. However, if an item is damaged during delivery, we will replace the item or refund purchase price. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know and email photos of the damaged product to amyscraftshoppe@gmail.com

Photos must be received before a replacement or refund is issued.

Please note, miscellaneous items photographed with items for sale are for display purposes only and not for sale.

Different computer screens, operating systems, and even different web browsers have different color characteristics, so it's just about impossible to get a given color to look the same on every screen. Therefore, there could be a slight difference in color of an item purchased
